We typically ship within one to three business days.  Our goal is to have a one day turn around and typically we do achieve that but sometimes it will take up to two to three days.  We do not generally pick orders on Sundays.   If there are any inventory issues or shorts we will send a refund through Pay Pal.  Thanks
